What's new in CADELEC 2000

NEW FEATURES : Context Sensitive Windows Help system

  NEW COMMANDS

Cadelec 2000 offers the user a great variety of information about the program, menus, toolbars, commands, procedures, all organized in a Windows help system, available from the menu or toolbars.

The multi-level structure of the help system makes finding a certain item easier and faster, giving it flexibility and power.

The user can look for a searched item in one of the following ways:

Selecting a final menu item, by clicking on the corresponding menus

Selecting a toolbar item (tool), by clicking on the tool from the corresponding toolbar

Selecting a command from the alphabetically ordered command reference list (always available)

By searching for a keyword in the Index

By searching for specific words or expressions in topics, using the Find help feature

In a help window (topic), a History list is also available, which contains the opened topics in a session and from which the user can easily select an already viewed item.

Context Sensitivity

Pressing F1 in a certain dialogue box, Cadelec displays the corresponding help topic in the help window. If you want specific help about an object in the dialogue box (control, field, button), right-click this item to select it and then press F1 to obtain the context sensitive help on that item.
