NEW FEATURES

These commands will write an Excel file containing the language dependent attributes (text) in a drawing for the Cadelec language version (e.g. English) and the destination Language (e.g. German). The file name will be e.g. DEUTSCH.XLS. The updated Excel file (with all the translations) will serve as source when updating the dictionary from an Excel file.
