Improved and more intuitive command grouping: Define Components: Swap Catalogues

Swap Catalogues runs a "What if ...?" simulation, of the type : "...and what happens if we buy our motors from X instead of Y?". All elements of your project linked to the previous catalogue will now be linked to the new catalogue. This requires that records describing equivalent parts must bear the same name. For this reason the record names should indicate the technical characteristic and not bear any manufacturer-specific information.
